What’s the point of Cottonwood Trails?
Hi! I’m Jordan!
Tales from Cottonwood Trails was created in 2011 as a Bible Camp ministry in which I would tell stories to a group of 8-12 year olds, over the span of a week. The stories consisted of the characters of Cottonwood Trails and were always accompanied by lessons from the Bible.
From there, Cottonwood grew to include storytelling at Sunday Schools, conferences and Kid’s Clubs throughout the winter months. It has since grown into a podcast produced by Square One World Media.
I now work full-time on Cottonwood Trails (both live and podcast) as well as other children’s ministries, and have been very encouraged by the support I’ve received. I’m entirely donor-funded (other than the odd book I sell) and God has been faithful in providing for my family and I.
Cottonwood Trails exists as a fun and entertaining way to share the good news of Jesus to kids and adults alike, across the world. Please know that you are loved by God. John 3:16 says “For this is how God loved the world: He gave his one and only son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life”. If this is something you’ve never heard before or something you want to know more about, look into it! Find a Bible-believing church, read the Bible, and pray!
Thanks!
Jordan Evans
